Obtain your show tickets from an accredited source. You must Before scheduling a Kelly’s Backstage Early Entry reservation slot, you must have tickets in hand or Will Call tickets from TicketMaster only. Kelly’s Tavern does not have any affiliation with special ticket circumstances, or guest lists.

Please note that early entry times are typically much earlier than the time on your purchased ticket. Doors to the general public generally open 1 hour before the projected ticket time; therefore, our early entry time MUST CLOSE 15 minutes before opening the doors to the general public. We schedule seating times so that all may eat, drink, and enjoy before the NORVA security begins admitting people through the Early Entry door. Once early entry doors to the NORVA have closed, the Kelly’s staff is unable to ensure Early Entry.
Arrive at your SCHEDULED Early Entry time with your entire party. Kelly’s is proud to offer a 15 minute grace period only. Late arrival times beyond the grace period cannot be guaranteed seating or admission for Early Entry.
Enjoy the ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE. Dine with us and Kelly’s Backstage will admit you into the NORVA concert BEFORE the general public. Dining purchases are a minimum of $10 per person.
Sold out and more popular shows will have multiple seating times. Seatings closer to the early entry time (preferred seatings) do book up quickly. So, make your reservations early. Please note that if you are booked for an earlier seating time, your table will have a time limit. You are always welcome to join us in the bar area after your meal. We want to ensure that all fans have the opportunity to have a great experience.
Please note that Kelly’s Tavern on Granby St./Backstage works in conjunction with the NORVA. Kelly’s Tavern cannot control the early entry times. Times can fluctuate due to artist arrival, technical difficulties, and unforeseen circumstances.
