ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT KELLY’S EARLY ENTRY PROGRAM…

Q. Where is Kelly’s Tavern in relation to the NORVA?
A. We share the same building space. Kelly’s Tavern is located on the Granby St. side of Downtown Norfolk and the NORVA faces  Monticello Ave. facing MacArthur Center Mall.
 
Q. Can I bring a camera to the show?
A. This depends on the artist and we have no knowledge of this information.

Q. Is there a coat check at the NORVA?
A. Generally, yes.

Q. How I can I reach the NORVA right before/during my show?
A. The NORVA box office is generally not open for calls during these times. We are unable to answer any questions not affiliated with Kelly’s Tavern.

Q. What if I have a meet-and-greet, have won tickets, or have special arrangements with a company outside of TicketMaster?
A. Kelly’s can only offer our Early Entry program to those patrons with either tickets in hand at the date of the show or tickets to be picked up at Will-Call from Ticket-Master only (no special circumstances please). Radio station promotions and/guest lists do not give us the adequate information to allow early entry. “Meet and Greets” and V.I.P. passes are beyond the scope of Kelly’s Tavern on Granby Street/Backstage and we can not accommodate these circumstances.

Q. What happens if I leave my e-tickets (printable tickets) at home?
A. Sorry, we do not have access to the internet or a printer.

Q. What happens if I miss my early entry time?
A. Kelly’s kindly offers a 15 minute grace period for your full party’s arrival.  After that time, we can not ensure Early Entry.  You then may be directed to the bar area where seating is first come - first served. A missed reservation does not secure a seating.

Q. What do I do if I can not make the available Early Entry times or the Early Entry times are already booked?
A. Our bar area is first come - first serve and available for walk-ins. We suggest dining with us earlier in the day (i.e. lunch) and then returning for your evening show. Please note that if your party arrives or orders too close to the scheduled Early Entry time (generally 30-40 minutes), Kelly’s Tavern cannot ensure that you qualify for Early Entry. Kelly’s always welcomes you to stay with us, enjoy your meal, and join your show at the regular scheduled time.

Q. How can I buy tickets from Kelly’s Tavern on Granby Street/Backstage?
A. We sell tickets in person only. Please do not ask us to hold tickets or sell tickets via credit card over the phone.
